How to make a new Print Category?

I haven't done much Torque Script for a while, so I'm not sure if this would be complicated or simple, but I'm wondering how I could make a new category in addition to the default ones "Prints" and "Letters".

Pretty much it's "Letters" that appear on every brick and "Prints" for the brick-specific category. Why do you need anything else?
