Well, heedicalking just about finished it but couldn't do a few things.
If there is a willing scripter then it could be finished possibly.

I finished it as far as I could but the rest gets way advanced for me. I will set up a zip containing everything PLUS the .blend.

Pm me if you are going to finish it so I could send it all over.

That is due to my stupidity when making players. I made the crouch force your arm into that position. I could have parented the arm joint to the body so I would not need a keyframe on it. I will try to rework it later.
