Author Topic: Eventing Help Part 1 Small  (Read 1851 times)

Hello today we will learn basics of the eventing.

number one clients: The client does messages, to do the client eventing, you can choose from Center print Or Bottom Print click one then type in the message then if you used onactivate it will be when you clicked it, then if you do OnPlayerTouch, when you touch it it will say the center print or bottom print!

Next, we will learn the Dissapear the dissapear event makes it dissapear for the time you set it to do that the event is: Onactivate or onplayertouch>self>dissapear>the time...And that will make it dissapear! change the time to the time you want it to dissapear 5 for 5 seconds thats default!

Next, we will learn the ToggleventEnable event it makes the event toggle on or off so if you dont want it to dissapear from a brick when you click once it turns off and when you click again it turns on, im going to tell you the command you can edit/use: onactivate>self>setlight>players light
onactivate>self>setlight>none
onactivate>self>toggleventenable>0 1

And if you wanted to do them both put both events on!

Thats all for today, we learned dissapear and client Toggleventenable for starters, please dont brag from being so short, next time it will be setcolor command!

Feel Free To Post any ideas!

sorry short Part 2 People this is for BEGINNERS

This is really bad, and no one wants your cookies.

Terrible not needed.

Whoopdeelovingdoo, you (badly) explained some of the most basic events, and made a lame ass two liner.
And then you double post quoted it. WHY?

Also, show me a proper event series for a clock. Now.

So are chat commands, yet people are too handicapped to think them through, thinking they're ridiculously complicated when they are usually only 5-7 lines. Of course, for them, 3 lines is too much to handle.

I'll be honest. Someone in iEvent taught me them, or rather, hinted at them for me. From there, and some experimenting, I started doing some pretty cool stuff.

I never really joined, I just sorta loitered on their server. I made an app at some point (A black hole that sucks you in, then blows you up), but it got raped after an admin accidentally cleared spam, right before being told not to. I had several buttons and aesthetic parts hanging off the baseplate. D:

Sorry guys, this is Beginners stuff not pro.. im making more soon.

Just shut up guys.

Yeah... This is pretty bad, but stop being mean for the sake of it.
"Be nice"
