This is a ship that I've been working on for a while and I thought I'd put it on gallery so people could offer their opinion, so please say what you think.

This is the engine room, all my ships run off a machine called a "Suntap". Basically it creates a dwarf star. As the sun gives off energy via Fusion, the energy is taken and used by the ship to run any functions that need to be run.



This is a picture of the coolant underneath it, since Fusion creates allot of heat there needs to be something that keeps it cool.

I hope you guys like it, its not done, but i will continue working on it.

Not exactly its more along the lines of Fusion. Every sun that is created or even for that matter exists runs fusion in its core. Fusion is when hydrogen atoms and helium atoms get really hot so hot that they start going really really fast. Now that they are going really fast the probability of them colliding with another atom say a hydrogen atom increases. So the hydrogen and helium atoms start colliding and when they collide it gives of tons of energy think of it as nuclear blast, and the blasts are happening all over the place this is were the sun gets its power. So this is were the ship gets its power.

Good point, how do you shut down the reactor?

For all intents and purposes it can't be shut down right now but i see were your going with this. Maybe if the opposing team could get to the "suntap" then they could cause a critical failure to the Retention Field surrounding the dwarf star. Causing it to do what it wants to do and expand to make a normal star. Destroying the ship and everything around it.

That's fine by me, just please don't change it, i would rather that people don't get messed up and start thinking its a solar energy collector instead of a fusion reactor, ok.
