See, I'm wondering if that guy named himself 'Master Chef' as in a Master Chef or whether he just named it so as a variant of 'Master Chief'

Anyway, yeah, you can't say that he stole the name.
1) The name isn't even 'Solid Snakes' creation. He got it off of a game
2) How do you know that this 'Solid Snake###' even knew of 'Solid Snake' from Blockland? He doesn't know he's copying someone.
3)I highly doubt the fact that this 'SS#' saw 'SS' and though, "Oh, he has a cool name, I'll imitate it" No, he simply has played the game himself, so he thought it was something he should name himsefl, as a Fan.
