Vista Port forwarding ip address

Ok im trying to forward my ports and on step 3E on the tutorial what do i put in the ip address and subnet mask boxes? remember I am on vista.  Thank you!

Vista doesnt matter... 255.255.255.0 should be the same on most computers for the  subnet masks... As for the IP address... just choose one that isnt in use... In my house I have it set up so 2XX (xx is number from 00 - 99 depending on when I put the computer in) is Wireless and 1XX (same applies for xx) is wired.   That is for last number... I recommend something like... 192.168.1.100 or something... just make sure it isnt in use by another computer in the household.
