Here, let me tell you something.
A trademark (™) protects the name of a piece of work under the law. Any name without a trademark can be used for other related pieces of work, so the name IBlock would be allowed under the law since none of the other clans with similar names have trademarks. You seemed to miss something in my post - trademarks cost $300 loving dollars and I doubt you would shell out that money and it would be approved that fast. Therefore, you don't have a trademark, and anyone can use your name or related names still. You don't need one anyway, I mean, hell, it's a video game clan. I would recommend switching back to something else if you don't want to be constantly flamed by people.
