He is obviously new. This is probably his first build, give him a chance.

I think you should first start by organizing it more, it looks very cludered in my eyes. Next you should add more, maybe a dirt pile, vehicals, other stuff you would find at a construction site? Finally, try detailing a bit more, like the crane, you should make an area on it for someone to control it.
