Those are random spamers who take advantage of Dedicated servers so they don't get banned

How are they taking advantage? All they're doing is being annoying and trying to start some stuffty family RP.

All you do in a City RP is build and get abused by admins.

if admins are offline the spammers can't get banned

It sucks but if someone actually makes an effort to edit it and make it awesome (Iban pretty much rewrote the code to not suck) it's good.
