haha, you guys have no mental stability.
I once got banned from my computer and my N64 (which was the only system I had at one time) for a month straight.
And to this day I still cant play on my computer on sundays.

Suit is going to fall through. While their system is open to the public, it's much like this forum. They have the right to ban anyone for any reason. They are not denying him on account of race or religion, it's because of his asinine attitude.
However, the "theft" part proposes a strong argument. They'll probably reimburse him.

1st Amendment rights do not apply in this case. They have every right to ban all access to their account for any reason they god damn well want to.
