Think before you host. Go through your add-ons list and stroke your pre-pubic beard and ponder;

"Do I REALLY need the U1-Iroquis? It is known to crash servers.. Do I REALLY need the Mini-Nuke? Even half-scale it lags alot... Do I REALLY need to host at all?"

Nothings more annoying then joining something like a medieval rp and having to download a mini nuke or other modern/futuristic weapon.
