ranGar's application to NWB, 15 pictures 200-500k each

Hello,
The following is my application to New World Builders. It took about 12 hours on and off to build and is around 4700-5000 bricks.

I'm 19 and have been building with legos in real life for about 12 years. I just found out about Blockland a week and a half ago and since then have been building on Redliub's dedi.
(all N/S/E/W descriptions reference the server's)

thanks for looking over this! even if i dont make it in, i'd still love your opinion/suggestions. I'm still getting the hang of building with virtual bricks, i can't tell you the number of times i've grabbed at my screen trying to get a block in the right spot, haha.

lol ya redliub hasnt been on his server in like 2 weeks so there is a looooot of spam.

I've observed around Redliub's server and your buildings do stick out.
You still have a ways to go but I see a potentially decent builder.
Keep working on your style, I'm not sure if you intended for the porch's arch to look that way,
it's rather odd.

It's unbelievable, the roads are very high, about half of the builds have 50 baseplates stacked up.

ya... randomguy suggested a couple things to make it better.... if i find time i will update it... or i might just spend my time on my new (hopefully better) build.

haha i know... no admins= spamtowers.

i dont mind the roads being high, it gives you some freedom with basements and stuff... redliub's tower has i think 4 underground floors.

you just have to know how to build up in a non-spammy way. ha.

I saw this before, the interior wasn't really that good, and that 1x12x5 window could be replaced with more detail.

Also, learn to use rendering off techniques.
Your pond will look much better if you take rendering off all non-surface bricks.

While the style is unique, it looks very odd in some places, somewhat disorganized.

But yes, you deffinatly do show potential, keep working at it!
