I researched the remote access code on the site, and upon logging in, it returns the message:
"As of 6th of august all remote systemchecks have come to a halt. Please contact local authorities or use remote any remote accesspoint."
There are also a few other videos on the video site, just wait through one to get to the next. There's an awesome one after the first that has what I assume to be the citadel gathering a field of materials before sending out an awesome shockwave.
