Pretty nice, looks like a gazebo. Certainly better than mine.
My demo build was a blue "house," aka a shack with no floor, a vehicle spawn pad surrounded by guard rails to the left of it, and a bunch of trees and a firepit.

Pretty good, and turn off vertex lighting in the options, the game will look better.

My first build was a baseplate with a wall of windows, a spawn, and an opening for the door.
