Posting on account of some banned member is already on a thin red line as is, generally because it falls into the universal rule of "Don't do anything excessively stupid". It's also been discussed about a year ago when some asshats were posting add-ons and stuff for banned members which were banned for making stuff add-ons and stuffting all over the place.

Drama, and no it's not any more bannable than the other petitions we've had.
