You might have knocked the sound card while installing the GPU. Check that it's secure.

turn on your speekers :3
rofl naw try checking if your speeker wire is pluged in tight and also if you want to look at what the sound card is look where the speeker plug in is and then in your computer and presto you have a sound card (thats if you have one)

I dont have a sound card.

My Video Card is my sound card. I think its my new card thats the problem
