They only added Schools to reduce the lag in City Areas so higher levels can Work.

I just looked at the Earth Test server. They have the ability to alter their appearance after character creation. Sadly they wont release it for another few decades.

Right now, it takes 2 people to make your character, and you dont get to choose anything.

Apparently my graphics card its getting bad, so im getting contacts hopefully tommarow for them. I allready have glasses, but i need the contacts for when i go to weight lifting, all the sweat drips in your eyes making it hard for my player to see
