I have a video I recorded at Bob&Rob's Afgan deathmatch. I tried to record the people deathmatching and not have useless still moments. I recorded some funny/epic moments on that too. I also tried not to rush through it.
I also use the film GUI so all that uneeded crap on the screen goes away.

Pretty good. You're in. Make sure you f5 to remove names and use the C button (I think) to slow down the camera.

Also, did you not see the "High Quality" button? That is the actual quality minus about 1/4. Also iMovie reduces it by a bit.

Trust me, the actual raw clips are much better quality.
