Author Topic: Extreme speed problem with blockland?  (Read 869 times)

I started up blockland, and when I went to change my player's clothes, I noticed it was walking EXTREMELY fast. When I tested out on bedroom, I walked too fast too be able to control where I was going. Then after I loaded a build, it was fine. A problem I need to fix?
EDIT:I get the extreme speed when in 1st person too.
EDIT:I've never had this problem before.

Download the AMD Dual Core optimizer, if you have an AMD dual core processor.

Ok, but should this be a problem until I am able too?

Is there A console command to do that? It sounds like fun.

This is where you can download it.  I don't know where to put it, ask someone else.  It's on that page, it's a free download.

What?

If you mean it's a problem until you download the dual core optimizer, then yes.

Most likely you have an AMD Dual Core processor. For some magical reason Blockland runs faster than it should on AMD Dual Cores, and AMD Dual Cores only. Solution? Download the dual core optimizer listed, and Blockland will run normally. This will not make your system slower or any other games slower.

Closest thing I can tell you is to change the time scale.

/timescale number.

/timescale 2
/timescale 0.2

That's the fastest and slowest you can go.
If you enter a timescale then click send on a music brick to play music, music will be affected.

I need to know how to use it to fix blockland.
I've bumped this thread because I am not getting more help, I'm hoping I do.

You download the dual core optimizer and run it.  The end.

Did you do that?
