Author Topic: Can't get Avatar? (Read 638 times)

I took a screenshot in BL, cropped it to be smaller, and tried to make it my new avatar, but it won't work! It just shows up blank.

I tried in a .png and a .gif format, but neither worked! What can I do?

How small did you make it? It has to be 75x75 or smaller.

Actually larger images resize, only animated GIF's need to be 75x75 or they lose their animation.

I don't know what to say. :/

after you put in the image did you scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "change profile"

I can't change it to anything at all!

I was banned once, but then I was able to change my avatar from "BANNED" to the Geico one...

That's just not fair. I can't even change it back.
