How far back can A thread be before you would get banned for giant bump?

My old clan page is on the 7th page, but I'm reviving my clan. When I got banned for a week for quoting giant images, it fell off. Should I start a new page, or bump it and probably get banned?

If you can reply to it it is probably okay.  I mean as long as you aren't bumping it for no reason it's fine.
