I've come to discover that the really easy ones are the funnest to play, mainly due to the fact that you dont really have to pay attention to it when playing it.

On that note, learn Salute Your Solution by The Raconteurs, or Fell In Love With A Girl by The White Stripes.

Something challenging would be a lot off the songs by System of a Down.

I'm not bandwagoning you loving moron.  Dragonforce is a terrible band, all their songs sound like the same sped up cluttered sloppy stuff, and just because they're in Guitar Hero doesn't make them good.

Oh, and @Net:
Yes, The White Stripes are a great band to learn, and I would rather something easy to learn while I'm working on Seek and Destroy.  I have most of the riffs done and practiced in S&D, but that lead solo is a bitch.
