Ok so suddenly I can not hear anything from my speakers on my laptop. I can watch videos and everything but can't hear the sound. and the button on my laptop to mute the sound is off but when I click it, it is suppose to turn orange but it stays blue but it still says its muted. The sound worked perfectly fine yesterday and I'm not sure whats wrong. (Tell me if I need to explain something more)
