There is no such thing as GAD. Your just anxious. See a therapist, talk to your school counciler, talk to your parents, or talk to someones you trust.

Some lady on a show called "Obsessions" had some sort of deal where small floor vibrations made her nearly stuff bricks because she was terrified of earthquakes. I never actually watched it, but it sounded interesting/guiltily funny as hell.

they put her in a earth quake simulator without telling her when it would strt and she gave iit a 9 on the axiety scale. then they did it in the dark and she gve it a 10. but she's fine now

I was diagnosed with ADHD inattentive type about a week ago. I don't really know if I actually have it, as I also have all of the symptoms of GAD (except fear of earthquakes, wat) and I therefore believe that both disorders apply to everyone.

That being said, the psychiatrist who diagnosed me is reputable, so I really don't know.
