Well i started it, i need a scripter but its W.I.P so who wants to script it, since it's a first add on i can't animate it, you will have to make it play tings and tangs of noises and smoke so you can't see that really it instantly transforms it just has warm-up time.

Maybe you should let someone more competent do the model? Animation is the same regardless of the game engine so I can only assume you've never animated before either.

Use something else first. No one is going to make you a model of something that we do not even know if you are capable of making. Use a player model or a horse or something else.

It'll look very bad without animations, regardless of the actual model quality. The turret would not be able to turn at all and no building animation means it'll be very confusing if it just doesn't work for ten seconds when it's clearly built.
