Take a look at how the others are packaged.
It must be an image 256x256 in size, formatted as a .png.
A smaller version of the image is 64x64 in size, this is the preview image in the avatar menu.
A file called description.txt

Package that together in a normal .zip file, with the smaller version of the picture in a folder called thumbs.

Decals (shirts) must be in a .zip called Decal_yourpackname
Faces must be in a .zip called Face_yourpackname

Open up another pack to see how this is done.

Wait... I thought people could see your face even if you didn't have it.

You also don't need a description.txt.

People need to have a decal or face downloaded to see it, otherwise they just see a default decal or face.
