Like put in a ID into the like window and type any ID Ex: 1009 and when he join's the server it bans him. And if he buy's another key and say's who he is just ban him for like 2 minutes (2 minutes or more) to put the ID he has in.

Heed, I would love a copy of this.  This Dr. Steve Brule guy has a huge issue with not just leaving the game, and stopping messing with innocent people.  I am perma banning him ASAP.
