Un-ban Dr Bling?

I received this email:

My old alias at the blockland forums was 'Dr Bling'. And I was unjustly banned, but it wasn't your fault. I was banned for having a secondary account called 'cambiogris', who was under my same ip address. The truth is, that was my brother, and if you look at times joined/the way each of us talk you would see that I am not cambiogris, and it was just my brother being a troll. Our ip got changed somehow with a new router so we are no longer ip banned, but I would like you to unban 'Dr Bling' from the Blockland Forums so I can continue posting there. I know I haven't been the nicest person to you but this would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely, un-ban Bling.  Bling was pretty cool, and I can't imagine him being the kind of person to pull a "cambiogris" like that, so it must've been someone else (in this case, his sibling).
