Author Topic: Best book you ever read  (Read 2826 times)

The Giver was great, Fahrenheit 451 was great, and Of Mice and Men was great too. I can't really decide which I liked more.

The Call of Cthulhu and Other Weird Stories.
H. P. Lovecraft is awesome.

Anyone read 'The Boy from the Basement'?

Stephen King's It, or King's Misery. Both of those books kicked ass and had me reading in bed.

Wheel of Time Series

I will never know how you read through all of them... Like, twelve 500 page books ffs

I really enjoy reading. I don't understand all of these people who don't, and since I enjoy the series so much it isn't hard to read through them. I'd also like to add that there are now fourteen books in the series since the last one is going to be split in three. This happened for a variety of reasons one of which being that the book would be unprintable at 800,000 words. I'm pretty sure that in most WoT you get about 300,000-380,000 words?
