I forwarded my ports, tested them, they were open. Then I made a dedicated server, and My ping was still dead.

im kinda having this problem myself, except its not dedicated, the ports work fine and people can connect but other computers in the house cant connect to the server

Try not to host a dedicated server, when you host the dedicated you might be doing something wrong.

You have to click 'Query LAN' in the join server GUI. If you try to connect like you would to a normal server it will not work.
