It's kind of like oral love really, if the vampire had a small cut in his mouth (presumably he bit his tongue or something accidentally with his fangs) then I guess he'd get AIDS but since they're all immortal and stuff - they might not die?

Yes a Vampire can get Aid's from a human and transmit it to someone else. But like Azi said, they are undead so.. it really doesn't matter.
