i am new to forums and wondering how do yuo have video avatars and upload pitures to topics

Video avatar, A.K.A. animated GIFs, must be 75x75 pixels or they lose their animation.

To post pictures, it is recommended you upload it to a site like photobucket and post the IMG link.

Also, yes, your topic title is ambiguous.

Use the [pitcher][/pitcher] tag to upload pitchers. Just put your pitcher in between the tags.

Don't use paint unless you're a paint master.

Make frames, then string them all together with a program or website.

You can't. You'll need a much more advanced program. By the way, they're called animated .gifs, not videos.

i am a paint master and i use it to make gif animations lol and i do also have photoshop but i a complete ametuer with it

it has to be a type that can support transparency like png or gif

so save it as a png then edit it.
