Dear Jeremy
Thank you for your email from 07/31/09 regarding our web site.
The LEGO Group has become aware that many LEGO® enthusiasts around the world are using the Internet to share information and ideas about our products. Several unofficial homepages have been established and there appears to be a great deal of activity and interest in these sites. Unfortunately, some of these sites use the LEGO logo and LEGO trademarks in a manner, which may lead to confusion about whether these sites are sponsored or authorized by the LEGO Group.
I would like to explain that the LEGO Group is not in any way affiliated with the website you described. Therefore, we are unable to give you any information about it. LEGO.com
is owned and operated by LEGO A/S, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Denmark, having its principle office in Denmark. LEGO A/S maintains the site for your personal entertainment and information. The LEGO Group has not reviewed all of the sites linked to our site and is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the site. Linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.
LEGO.com may contain links to other web sites operated by third parties other than LEGO. Such links are provided for your convenience only. LEGO does not control such web sites and is not responsible for their content. The fact that this site contains links to other sites does not mean that LEGO approves of, endorses or recommends those sites, nor does it imply any association with their operators. LEGO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, legality, reliability or validity of any content on any other site and disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting from any third party web sites or content therein directly or indirectly accessed through links in this site.
Please do not hesitate to contact us again if we can be of further assistance. We wish you many more happy hours of creative building with LEGO brand toys in the years to come.
