Fraps - no sound

Yes my sound is checked

I can hear sound from my microphone recorded, but I can't hear sounds from Blockland when I record.

Try changing your microphone to "What you hear" or if that isn't there, "WAV"

I can't seem to be able to change sound input, it's only "microphone"

I think you may not be able to fix it. Try looking at the Fraps site.

While we're on the topic of Fraps and sounds, i'll ask here...

When i use Fraps on my XP computer it records sounds with the 'Wave Out Mix' input, so i'd had to lower the volume or something otherwise i'd have Hellish sounding audio :(

I want to change it but can't, anything i can do to fix it or something?
