Images are often loaded into a cache, and not actually reloaded each time. Individual images have their animations played at times relative to when they were loaded, and since you didn't load them all at the same time you loaded yours (not out of the cache), you see them playing at different times. You can clear your cache then reload and they will appear in-sync.
