I think Badspot stopped selling those IDs. He sold 1000, but after that he never sold anyone 2000, 3000, 4000, ect. so people wouldn't feel extra special just because their ID is a cool number.

But he did 10,000 for the lolz.

After 10000, he sold multiples of 1000.
He also sold 1000 and 5000.
