The magic wand is quite epic, so epic in fact that its use was instrumental in the creation of the vortex we now enjoy. However, its ability to see into the future is extremely limited, rendering the creation of a v14-land vortex impossible.

Trader, in your picture, would there happen to be a blue box behind you saying "Police call box" on it? Maybe weird grinding noises and names of actors and directors flying around?

Pictures don't make sounds, and there's no blue box. However, I believe your reference is escaping me.
