The v13 portal is inaccessible to the unworthy and not-powerful-enough? Darg.
Atleast my average Magics have successfully created a portal. But not to butt into Traders deep story, I will not share the details of my travels.

The Vortex is the connecting passageway between v12-land and v13-land.  v13-land has all the normal realms you'd expect (Bedroom, Kitchen, Slate, etc.).
