Why dont you try this: exit out of Blockland, go into COMPUTER/LOCALDISK(C:)/BLOCKLAND/CONFIG/SERVER/PEOPLEMODS/CITYRPPREFS
then type in the tools there if you know how

Step 1: Open your OS drive (C:\), open the Blockland folder, open the Add-Ons folder.
Step 2: Find the CityRP add-on.
Step 3: Drag the add-on into the Recycle Bin.
Step 4: Right-click on the Recycle Bin and click Empty.
