Well when i do stuff on blockland it is brighter i do not know why and i do not know how i tryed Redownloading it can you help me

Uh, gee, maybe it's because you're in a daytime map or using bright coloured-bricks?

It sounds like what happens in my other games when you edit the gamma settings, do you remember trying to change the gamma or brightness in Blockland manually? If not, what about lowering the brightness/gamma in your desktop theme?

This happened to me sometimes when I was using Vista, Only thing that would work when this was happening was to launch multiple Blocklands and then look if any of those were normal. (IE I launched 3 Blocklands and got 2 extrabright and 1 normal.)
