No, this building is not based off of any structure from Red Alert Yuri's revenge, I simply made this in Yuri's archutectural style.

Hmm.. It could use more interior. I don't really like the door frame on the 5th picture or entrance either.

The cones are ment to be spikes, I'll try and do something with the interior. I suppose it is lacking a bit.

Certainly alot better then many other builds posted, for the current structure their are not a lot of improvements I can pick out. Perhaps work out the colors and add some detail to the outdoor rooms. I do like the arch at the real top, however it does not work well with the computer inside, I feel time confused. Ill rate it 7/10 at an intermediate level.

No no no, Red Alert 2 is in the future, all of Yuri's structures are built in this fashion. And still has high tech equipment.
