MS3D shapes

ok so i was wondering, is there some sort of tool that you can use to re-name the shapes on a Milkshape model back to there default names for editing again? i have this problem all the time

ok so i didnt exactly imput the problem im having, its when i make a certain number of shapes the same name (a group) is there a way to rename all the shapes back to what they were before and like disable the group..
