Author Topic: Blockland randomly crashes, and doesn't close unless I reset the computer.  (Read 975 times)

This seems to happen to me a lot now. Sometimes, Blockland will just randomly pack up and crash, and when Windows comes up with the message that it's stopped responding and is checking for a solution, it just hangs and it's no good. Usually hitting Cancel would close the program immediately without a Windows "solution," but nothing happened. Trying to close the command prompt that should close Blockland as a whole does nothing, and trying to end the process from Task Manager - which ALWAYS works with all of the other programs I've used - does nothing. The only solution is to either log off or reset my computer, and this causes trouble since I'm usually running a server.

Does anyone have a fix for this, or is Blockland supposed to do this? Because this is pissing me off.

No edit button? The hell is wrong with you, Badspot?

I'd like to correct that when trying to log off or shut down the computer normally just hangs there since the computer can't seem to close Blockland either, and I have to manually reset the computer by holding in the power button until it shuts off.

You cannot edit in the help forum because idiots like you like to remove their posts after the problem is revealed to be caused by some idiotic thing that they've done.

Remove all add-ons that did not come with the game.  Post if problem still occurs after this.

This did happen even before I installed my first addon. I don't think it's add-ons causing the problem.
