Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath, requires Tiberium Wars since it's an expansion pack.
It's the three superunits to the three factions, the Nod Redeemer, Scrin Assimilator, and GDI MARV.
Each can permanently garrison infantry to gain bonuses, like engineers for self repairing and so on.
Each of them also have a special ability, like the Redeemer has a Rage Generator (lol) that makes all enemy units around it start fighting each other.
The Assimilator gains money if a unit is killed in its radius, but gains only a portion of its cost.
The MARV can harvest and refine Tiberium on site, so it's literally a vacuum cleaner that makes money. Very useful in red zone maps with fields of Tiberium.
