Some I think would be cool to have there and some of them may have already been said are:
Zombie; make a little set of a bot survivor in a building with zombies outside.
Noob; a bunch of bots around one bot that you name badspot bugging him and making 1x1 builds.
Robolbox; you can use your creatity on that one.
Crocadiles/alagators; make a sewer for then to live in.
Birds; up in a tree with whatever you want below.
Bugs; this one is east since there already is a bot for this and they could even be below the birds spot.
Lion; off in a little safari spot.
Tigers; off in their own little forest kingdom.
Bears; swatting at bees nests.
OH MY; little joke there lions tigers bears OH MY

Okay so I'm adding pathways around the exhibits, it's turning out looking really good. So far the build is almost 10k bricks, this is going to be my biggest build so far.

I added the walkways, and I added a walkway to the gift shop. Now for the cafe, the entrance, and maybe another exhibit, and I'm done!

It's all raised, don't keep it that way, add some fencing and trees there.  And add a panda, if you haven't.
