One, but I removed it and nothing changed.

Did you just download Blockland? If so, did you download it incorrectly? Also, if you downloaded it incorrectly, it would probably not even let  you do multiplayer.

I had this problem before.
It may be that you are staring at a bunch of bricks ghosting.
