The first person who can tell me the function of this code I wrote without actually using it is immediately better than anyone else who attempts to do it.  And you get a :cookie: .  Ignore the crappy line breaks, as my browser sucks and streteches the page.


I wrote PHP code.  Anyone who figures out what it does first without actually executing it is better than anyone else figuring out what it does, and they get a :cookie:
