This is the result of having a program do all the work for you. I can tell by how it's ending exactly where dark points end and so on, thus why the eyebrow droops down. You either did that, or simply traced over the photo while it was in the same program. Both are basically doing the same thing, which isn't much effort at all.
Next time, maybe you should try drawing it by hand for much better results. The more shortcuts you take, the usual case is the worse things look.
Please note that art isn't about being exact, its about being yourself. The more you be yourself, the better things will look. Yes, drawing an actual person or object is very legit, but its not so legit when you just render it in some program or trace it, and the results are that rather creepy look anyway. In order to give it life, you just have to do it by hand, there is no other way.
Sorry that I couldn't think of anything positive to say. I suggest that you try again, and next time just draw it by hand and have the reference photo in a separate program and only use it to look at, nothing else.
