I just got a new pomeranian dog 4 days ago, and he looks exactly like yours, sable with flopped down ears, I will try to get a pick, the sad thing is they grow out of those flopped down ears, they eventually point up.

Oh BTW we named ours Franki, not the best name I know but it kinda fits him in a way.
