Um what the forget? Cats are awesome, they do wander, but my cats have never pissed anywhere besides their litter box, and my old dog used to take stuffs all over the house. Cats nudge you, sleep on you, and purr. Dogs bite you, step on you, and growl.

EDIT: I feel bad for the OP, I don't know what I'd do if I lost one of my cats.
